Humanist in Business, Communication and Marketing Expert, Design Thinking Moderator, Trainer, Manager of the Year 2017

She has been associated with the marketing industry for over a dozen years. She is a co-owner of the advertising agency MSU Publishing and a lecturer at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Psychologist of consumer behaviour, as well as a graduate in Marketing and Management, Professional Coaching and Project Management. To this day, she uses her knowledge in cooperation with international brands in Poland, Europe, Arab countries and Africa - including Procter & Gamble, Tchibo, Polpharma, Maspex, Jim Beam.

She carries out courses about copywriting, psychology in marketing and advertising sales organization. She teaches entrepreneurship and advises on how to effectively use your potential in marketing work. She also actively participated in the creation of a new faculty at NCU Practical Linguistics and Copywriting of a completely practical nature. As a business practitioner, working between science and business, she wants to convey that constant desire for development and education have a constant impact on life and the environment. She is the originator and implementer of the “COPYSPOT. EXPERTS AFTER HOURS ”- a series of meetings with MSU Publishing employees who talked about what work in the agency is like and their path to their career. She cooperates with UMK Career Office and UMK Academic Business Incubator as a business advisor.

She also works as a volunteer at PMI Project Management Institute, an international organization associating project managers. She became the Manager of the Year 2017 of the Chapter of Gazeta Pomorska and took 3rd place in the readers’ plebiscite of the Polska Press “Business Woman 2016”.
