For several years, she has been dealing with the issues of corporate social responsibility (CSR), both academically and practically. For her doctoral dissertation on the cooperation of enterprises with non-governmental organizations in the field of corporate social responsibility, she received the first prize in the eighth edition of the prestigious VERBA VERITATIS competition. She is the author and co-author of several articles as well as individual and team research devoted to CSR issues. She edits the industry addition to Rzeczpospolita ‘CSR Compendium’. She worked for such clients as: TK Maxx, KGHM, Kruszwica, PGNiG, Nestle, Henkel Polska, Grupa Żywiec, and the Cooperation Fund Foundation. She is an external expert of the Responsible Business Forum and a juror of the Verba Veritatis competition (since the 9th edition). She is a CSR expert recommended by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).

She is also a volunteer of the I WILL BE WHO I WANT Foundation, she runs a blog about ethics in the clothing industry “How to wear fair?". Her interests are focused on corporate social responsibility, social marketing, cross-sectoral cooperation, ethics in the clothing industry and responsible buying.
